• Transaction information — property, offer, and transaction details that you or your transaction coordinator provide.
• Payment information — billing details, processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications — the content of emails and text messages you exchange with us or through the Service, including with our Offer Desk.
• Usage and device information — log data, device and browser type, IP address, and similar technical information collected automatically.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• coordinate and process real estate transactions on your behalf;
• send transactional and service messages by email and text message (see “SMS / Text Messaging Program” below);
• process billing and payments;
• secure the Service, prevent fraud, and provide customer support;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• improve and develop the Service.

SimplyTC sends text messages related to your account and your real estate transactions. Our Offer Desk also corresponds with real estate agents by text message to coordinate offers and transactions on behalf of the agents and clients we serve.

How you opt in. You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example, by agreeing to these terms when you create an account, by giving us your mobile number, or by texting our Offer Desk first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message types. Messages may include one-time verification codes, account and security alerts, transaction and offer status updates, coordination messages from your transaction coordinator or the Offer Desk, and service notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and transactions.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we send a single confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We share information only as needed to operate the Service and as described below:

• Service providers — vendors and subcontractors that help us operate the Service (for example, payment processing, email and text message delivery, hosting, analytics, and error monitoring), who may process information only to provide services to us and under confidentiality obligations.
• Transaction participants — the agents, brokers, transaction coordinators, and counterparties involved in your transaction, as needed to coordinate it.
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (see the SMS section above). You can manage email preferences and update your account information from within the Service, or by contacting us. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.

The Service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
